Axar Patel Injured,Rahul Nadeem Added

The much anticipated debut of the Indian spinner Axar Patel has come to a hault due to his knee injury.The Gujarat born all-rounder was expected to debut on 5th Feb in the first test match vs England.

Axar Patel complained about pain in his left knee while training in optional practice session on Thursday. He was added to Indian squad for already injured Ravindra Jadeja

Shahbaz Nadeem and Rahul Chahar who were part of the reserves of team India had been training in Chennai, they have now been added to the squad of team India ahead of the first test.

While Shahbaz Nadeem has already played one test match for India Rahul Chahar yet to make his debut.
